I’m Stacy Nation, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma-informed educator, speaker, and Behavioral Health Officer in the Wyoming Army National Guard.
For more than two decades, I’ve guided people through healing — from classrooms to combat zones — helping them understand their stress, reclaim their resilience, and build lives rooted in calm, connection, and courage.
I’ve spent my career on the front lines of emotional health — in schools, homes, and military settings — watching what happens when people finally understand what their bodies and brains have been trying to say.
From those moments, my work was born: blending neuroscience, creativity, and compassionate education to help people heal, regulate, and rise.
I'm not here to "fix" anyone.Â
I'm here to remind you that you already have everything you need - you just need tools to access it.
I’ve done this long enough to now see adults who once sat in my office teaching these same tools to their own children. My daughter, Stella York, co-authored the Go Be You Coloring Book because she grew up living these lessons — a generational proof that healing truly ripples forward.
