- Monthly Masterclass-Every month there will be a new topic that is trauma/human-informed. Each Masterclass will be recorded and uploaded into The Library. Each class will leave you with strategies you can use immediately in all settings: home, office, and school. Receive a Verification of Completion for each class.

- Monthly Live Q/A-Every month you will have an opportunity to ask ANY question! Imagine having an expert all to yourself. Ask away. Any question, about any topic. You can ask via email, on the live zoom, or in the Community. Stacy will answer ALL the questions.

- Interactive Community- Humans who can support each other. This journey is hard and long and complex. The Go Be You Community is a safe space for humans to learn, grow, and heal. We can only HEAL in relationship. We have to have each other to keep moving forward.

Hi, I'm Stacy.
I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for almost 20 years. I've been deeply involved in understanding neuroscience, brain development, and trauma-informed practices for the last 15 year.
I've spent the last decade training, educating, supporting, and working with thousands of people just like you. Parents, caregivers, educators, mental health professionals, and HUMANS on this journey to living a lifestyle of emotional regulation and trauma-informed practices.
Last year, I really started listening to my followers. They were telling me, "Stacy, we need more. More classes, more info, more connections."
Thus, The Library was created.
