Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Stacy Nation. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and for over 25 years I’ve had more than 20,000 one-on-one conversations with humans who have been through hard things.

Educators. Parents. Veterans. Clinicians. People who look “high functioning” on the outside — and feel exhausted on the inside.

What I’ve learned is this:
Most people are not broken.
They are responding exactly the way a human brain and body respond when stress doesn’t get a chance to complete.

This training is built from both clinical expertise and lived experience — and it’s designed to feel safe, human, and practical
